The Easiest Tzatziki

A savory, fresh dip that can be a great addition to many dishes such as Greek Bowls, Gyros, and more. Or, you can use as a dip for vegetables or pita chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cucumber minced
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Gather ingredients and materials needed.
  • 2. Wash cucumber and then mince to make 1/4 cup. Usually this is about 1/4-1/2 of the cucumber depending on the kind used. Set aside.
  • 3. Measure the one cup of greek yogurt into the small mixing bowl. Add olive oil, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and minced cucumber to the greek yogurt.
  • 4. Mix until fully combined.
  • Enjoy on greek bowls, gyros, with pita chips or veggies!
