The Easiest Tzatziki

A savory, fresh dip that can be a great addition to many dishes such as Greek Bowls, Gyros, and more. Or, you can use as a dip for vegetables or pita chips.

- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup cucumber minced
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
1. Gather ingredients and materials needed.
2. Wash cucumber and then mince to make 1/4 cup. Usually this is about 1/4-1/2 of the cucumber depending on the kind used. Set aside.
3. Measure the one cup of greek yogurt into the small mixing bowl. Add olive oil, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and minced cucumber to the greek yogurt.
4. Mix until fully combined.
Enjoy on greek bowls, gyros, with pita chips or veggies!
