Stir Fry Sauce

A mixture of sweet and spicy. The perfect sauce to accompany stir fry, noodles, and rice dishes. Ditch the store-bought stir fry sauce and make this instead.

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Liquid Measuring cup
  • Measuring Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic OR 1 tsp ground garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • 1. Gather ingredients and materials.
  • 2. Measure and add all ingredients to the mixing bowl. Mix until fully combined.
  • 3. Add the sauce to taste to your favorite noodle, rice, or stir fry dish on low-medium heat.
  • 4. Let the sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes and it fully coats the dish.

Notes

If you desire a thicker sauce, add cornstarch and cold water to a bowl. Mix and add this mixture to the sauce on simmer.
