This creamy, fresh sauce is one that I make often in my household. It is so easy and can elevate any dish. I love throwing this dip on top of greek bowls, salmon, and turkey meatballs. It is also delicious to dip vegetables in. I found many Tzatziki recipes required many ingredients that I did not have in my kitchen. So, I made my own recipe. This sauce is so easy, but so delicious. It is one that has your guests asking for the recipe. Lets get into it!

Tips and Tricks
This Tzatziki recipe is very easy to make and you can adapt it to what you have on hand. For example, Olive oil tastes best, but I have also used avocado oil many times in this Tzatziki because I have not had any olive oil on hand. I have also used fresh dill as well as dried dill in this recipe. Both work great!
Start by mincing your cucumber until you have the desired amount. I buy the Organic Long English Cucumber, so it ends up being about 1/4 of the cucumber. Next measure out your greek yogurt and add to the mixing bowl. Add the sea salt, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and cucumber. If you are using fresh dill, mince and add an additional 1/2 tsp to the recommended amount of dill. Mix until fully combine. Now enjoy on my Easy and Healthy Greek Bowls, with Pita chips, vegetables, or whatever your heart and stomach desires!
